you to place product orders online plus give you access to Lucy B Cosmetics information
available only to retailers.

The registration process consists of the following steps. Please read and understand
what you will need for each step before you begin.
- You will fill out a registration form which tells us about you and your store. This
step will require your federal tax ID.
- You will need to read and agree to the contract terms and conditions.
- You will need to read and agree to the anti-diversion agreement.
- You will need to fill out the Uniform Sales & Use Tax Certificate where
you will provide your resale information.
- You will need to let us know how you will make payments for product.
After you complete the registration process, your application will be reviewed by
Lucy B Cosmetics. You will be notified by email when the review is complete
and your application has been accepted.
